Orders are usually processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Processing may take longer during sales or busy periods.

3. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Delivery may take longer in remote areas or due to courier delays, weather, or public holidays.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared through your provided contact information, where available.

Please allow time for the courier to update the tracking status.

5. Delivery Information

Please provide a complete delivery address and an active phone number. Incorrect or incomplete details may delay your order.

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel.

6. Cash on Delivery

If you select cash on delivery at checkout, please keep the exact order amount ready. No shipping fee will be added.

7. Missed or Failed Deliveries

If you miss a delivery attempt, contact the courier promptly to arrange another attempt, where available.

If your parcel is returned to us, contact our support team to arrange the next steps.

8. Damaged or Missing Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, take clear photos of the packaging and bag and contact us promptly.

If tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, contact us so we can investigate with the courier.

9. Address Changes & Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible to request an address change or cancellation before dispatch. Once dispatched, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
